Paul lives in an area of outstanding natural beauty in northwest England and is surround not only by incredible scenery. Encounters with native animals, both farmed and wild, offer photographic opportunities on a regular basis. Although Paul does not set out with the specific aim of photographing these inhabitants, he is happy to indulge when the opportunity arises.
"In no way would I consider myself a wildlife photographer, but there is a great joy to be had in giving it a go! The Herdwick sheep found on many Lakeland Fells are a particular favourite, in that they seem completely willing to pose for the camera and appear to be utterly un-phased by its presence".
